Life doesn’t stop when receiving a cancer diagnosis. Jane had her beloved horse to still take care of, and in doing so found her daily reason to keep going.

Jane turned down a NHS areola tattoo after being told “one of the nurses has learnt to tattoo”.

After originally thinking that she didn’t need a nipple tattoo after her mastectomy, after all, “it’s just a nipple”, Jane realised how much it mentally affected her and how her much her confidence had been knocked.

Jane not only shares her story, but her advice on trying to find time to assess all the options available.
